We have developed extensive expertise in working with adults, adolescents, and couples from diverse backgrounds. Our team utilizes a range of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, Existential and Humanistic therapies, Brief Solution Focused therapies, and EMDR, to support clients experiencing a wide variety of concerns. In addition, we offer targeted case management and skill-building services. More information about these services can be found under our Focus Forward Behavioral Support Program tab.

Dr. Perez is an exceptional supervisor who knows how to balance guidance with autonomy. She expertly assists with staffing various cases, teaches a variety of clinical interventions, and ensures that interns develop the core skills needed to become future therapists. She is always accessible, providing thoughtful feedback and on-the-spot training when required. She is also very supportive and understanding, recognizing that as interns we are here to gain the best training possible to become successful therapists. Dr. Perez pushes her interns to grow, encouraging us to expand our knowledge, think critically, and take on new challenges.

The Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council investigates and prosecutes professional misconduct committed by marriage and family therapists, professional counselors, psychologists, psychological associates, social workers, and licensed specialists in school psychology.
Although not every complaint against or dispute with a licensee involves professional misconduct, the Executive Council will provide you with information about how to file a complaint.
